Principal Owners
Steve Engibous
With over 22 years of experience
as a project manager, both as an owner's representative, sole
proprietor, and principal owner, Steve Engibous is an expert general
contractor and project manager with a passion for the restaurant
industry. Not only does Steve bring expert knowledge to every
project, he looks after the buildings he creates as though they
are his own home. As a co-founder of WCSI, you can find him on
a job site overseeing construction, or even walking around a completed
building noting areas of wear. Steve is often on a job-site directing
subcontractors in building renovations. Steve has worked on building
projects, both as an employee and as a consultant for national
restaurant chains; including but not limited to Bravo Development,
Burger King, Arby's, Applebee's, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut franchisee's,
and Darden Restaurants. Steve has overseen new construction and
large renovations in homes and commercial buildings. Steve builds
strong relationships with clients, vendors and builders to ensure
quality construction for the life of each project.
Jim Gajewski
As co-founder and principal owner
of WCSI, Jim oversees sales, marketing, employee relations, finances
and the day-to-day operations of the company. Jim provides creativity
and sound business practices, from his over 20 years in the construction
business to ensure WCSI provides outstanding results within every
relationship they forge. Jim's quiet kind manner is appreciated
by customers who are facing challenges, as he is able to bring
reason and logic to solve the matter at hand. When Jim isn't keeping
WCSI running smoothly, he is using his skills to help those in
need with the volunteer fire department or helping out at the
homeless shelter.
Tim Hallman
Before becoming co-founder of WCSI,
Tim owned and operated a remodeling and maintenance company, servicing
clients like Hardee's, Arby's, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, American
Family Insurance and others who still count on Tim and WCSI to
maintain their buildings today. Tim's experience has been key
in overseeing the work WCSI has done in higher education facilities,
military bases and now restaurants. Managing multiple teams of
sub-contractors working on everything from plumbing to oven installation
and being an onsite superintendent is something Tim handles with
ease. His more than 22 years of experience along with the combined
talents of Jim and Steve allowed WCSI to increase project budgets
leading them to specialize in higher-end clientele such as Bravo
Development and other national restaurant chains.
