Design Interaction
WCSI works with our clients to establish design criteria and vision if that hasn't been established.

WCSI has often assisted our clients in value engineering. We review plans to determine if alternative methods or materials can be used to provide higher quality, save on space, offer cost savings, utilize space more efficiently, or offer a better experience for the end user.

WCSI will evaluate construction documents and plans to ensure their completeness and that they are within the standards established by our clients.

We also will scrutinize the project schedule looking for opportunities to create economies of scale.

Estimates/Cost Analysis
WCSI General Contracting will coordinate a competitive bid process to give our clients the best value we can. We negotiate contracts, report on and monitor costs on an ongoing basis.

Scheduling
From monitoring the project schedule at the design phase, to offering value engineering before work begins, to reviewing all work orders, change orders, and more we are on top of your job assuring it is finished according to schedule.

Bid Packaging and Continued Budget Monitoring
WCSI wants to see our customers get the best quality work at a fair price. We coordinate bid packages and analyze bids for our customers to receive the best prices for their projects.

Project Leadership/Management
WCSI has onsite superintendents overseeing your entire job. It is common for them to be managing the installation of an Italian pizza oven while custom cabinets and tile are being installed in the lavatories.

Project Administration
The WCSI office is fully staffed and making sure your change orders and paperwork are being processed efficiently.

Permitting
WCSI General Contracting division will coordinate the submittal of all permit and utility applications. We can also Coordinate all the major players in permitting from attorneys to variance inspectors.

Build-to-Suits
WCSI offers build-to-suit programs for companies who are growing their market. We are also available to consult and investigate build-to-suit projects nation-wide.

Renovation
WCSI has turned one screen theaters into multi-screen dinner theater complexes. We have taken historic buildings and kept those in character with the original design while repurposing their usage.

Close Out Process
We complete needed maintenance on our projects, monitoring the wear and completing any defects on the project. WCSI can also conduct any warranty inspections, anniversary walk-throughs, and be contracted to do maintenance on your building.

Ongoing Maintenance of Building
WCSI builds partnerships for life. One of the ways we do that is by maintaining the buildings we put up. We oversee the completion of the maintenance by any sub-contractor nation-wide.
