WCSI
Company Profile
Wisconsin Construction Specialties,
Inc. (WCSI) could be described as a holistic builder and general
contractor, as they understand that all parts of a building are
inter-connected and dependent upon one another. From building
concept, to construction and even the maintenance a building needs
over time, WCSI is there. WCSI offers all their clients, general
contracting, renovation, custom millwork, and ongoing repairs
to keep their buildings in top shape. At WCSI a building isn't
just finished on time and within a specified budget, but it is
cared for from the moment the design is born all the way through
the life of the building.
In addition to providing general
contracting for fine dining restaurants nationwide, WCSI also
fabricates millwork and installs kitchen equipment in newly constructed
restaurants, renovations and additions.
WCSI General Contractors provide
hands on attention with the owners of the company personally overseeing
your job. Whether it is new construction, renovations, specialty
millwork or ongoing maintenance, WCSI builds a partnership for
the life of any building.
WCSI
History
In 1987 WCSI had just two
employees and installed Division 10 Specialties. WCSI had a robust
bathroom partition installation business, and soon became dealers
of toilet stalls, operable walls, and gym equipment. When that
was a larger focus of WCSI they were one of the top five suppliers
of plastic toilet stalls in the nation. Later they moved to installing
the gym equipment they sold including moving walls and bleachers.
Military bases, and college campuses including the University
of Wisconsin School System, Klotche Center at University of Wisconsin
Milwaukee and the EPIC Center in Madison are some of the clients
who have WCSI's expertise in their buildings.
As the principal owners built on
their renovation, and general contracting experience they were
able to fine tune their skills through building maintenance and
counted Hardee's, Arby's, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and
American Family Insurance as some of their earliest customers.
Today you might find WCSI building
a high-end restaurant like Brio in Arizona, renovating a luxury
kitchen in Denver, installing custom Millwork in Deerfield, Ohio,
or building a Laser Vision Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin. WCSI
still offers Division 10 Specialties and Gymnasium equipment too.
